The 2 adults in the video were babysitters. They were not the parents.
Why you would let someone that looks like that babysit your kids is beyond me though. Obviously the mom isn't the best either way.

Original Message A disturbing video is making the rounds on social media. The video shows a woman allowing toddler children to smoke WEED on Live. The video shows three children - a 1 year old, a 2 year old, and a 3 year old all smoking a blunt.
