Original Message Here are the verses which show when the rapture will occur. Then I will share why it's hard for some people to accept it.

The resurrection happens on the last day.

John 11:24
Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.

The day of the Lord is the day of rapture (hence the Lord being as a thief), and resurrection, and judgment, the day of destruction.

2 Peter 3:10
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

When the Lord descends (returns) the dead in Christ (died having the Holy Spirit) will resurrect, those alive with the Holy Spirit will together with the resurrected be raptured up, and then the previous scripture explains that when he comes he also is coming to destroy.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

-------
Post-tribulation (after-tribulation) rapture
(Many but not all saints, and believers, will be killed before the resurrection, the last day, but there are some who are alive and remain.)
-------

If when Jesus comes he is destroying the world which is when the resurrection and rapture occur then where is the 1000 year reign that is tripping people up? Those verses clearly explain that the last day is the Lord's day, the day in which John said he was in and observing in Revelation, the day of resurrection, rapture, and destruction.

People don't know how to reason the thousand year reign. Jesus was in the tomb not 3 whole days but spanning 3 days, but not 72 hours. That day of rapture, between rapture and destruction of the world, is the 1000 year reign. Are you reigning with Christ now in your soul and life? If yes then what does 1000 years matter compared to eternity?

And to dig in to a can a worms a little bit why do people think we will live 1000 years with Christ during his reign, though he reigns always forever and even now? Why would we be immortal then before the judgment as many who call him Lord will not pass his judgment! So why would he force people to believe in him when he never has before? He told me that he will not force anyone to believe, that's why i walked embarrassed having attempted to cast out demons from a Muslim, demons I know I have authority over. Jesus did not come to save everyone, he wills that all repent and believe, but he doesn't want everyone, just who he knows are his. However he said he will accept anyone who comes to him. In Eden he said Take away the fruit of Life lest they stay in this wicked state forever. The holy angels know right from wrong but choose not to do wrong, neither do they covet, lust, hate, or fear to a instance that would cause them to sin, though they want thing, and women, and hate evil, and fear Jesus. What does it all mean? It means Jesus isn't going to resurrect us, make us immortal, and let us all who have believed in him walk around the earth essentially forcing people to believe in goodness and make them good from undeniable super good miracle proof of God Jesus while he rules from a throne in Jerusalem. It's ridiculous. And all that before the judgment, where when we pass we receive an immortal body as a promise he will never destroy us again? It doesn't fit.
The Lord doesn't come down twice, either.

But the bible talks about 2 resurrections, 1 rapture, and 1 judgment. On the last day the resurrection, then rapture, then the destruction of the world, then the resurrection of every believer who died prior without having the Holy Spirit, and truth be told the Anomalies will judge them and whosoever they choose to let Jesus judge will absolutely be destroyed without mercy, thrown into the lake of fire where all who have rejected his Lordship were already put before them.
