Being an angry drunk in college does not equate to sexually assaulting someone.
But now they're going after his testimony and character, not what he did. Remember Feinstein has come out and said he had an angry temperament during testimony as was not fit to sit on the bench.
Who wouldn't have that temperament having to defend themselves after having his family's name dragged through the mud? Pretty sure if he had such an angry temperament on a day to day basis that affected his job, that little issue would have popped up at some point in his what? TWELVE years as a judge? It's still he said/he said.
They know they've lost that battle. Now they're going to smear everything else about him. They've staked the future of their party on this it seems and they will do/say anything to get him.
It would seem that you are correct. I guess the question is: WHY? I think we know the answer to that.
I'd like to hear your take on it.
Getting ready to head out to work, but my take is that this is not about Roe V. Wade per se. It is a little, but even if it is over-turned, it just goes back to the states. I really don't think many if any, would change abortion. I think thisis about potential military tribunals. I have been following this Q thing for several months. I have gone back to read some of the older posts. I really do think that there has been so much corruption, that they are going to go after them. If they have acted against the US, helped the enemy(treason), sedition, etc., They can be tried under the military powers act. That would mean military tribunals. With that said, they would appeal / file for an injunction to be moved to civilian court. That would be fast tracked to the SCOTUS court for a decision. POTUS must have a solid 5/4 margin at the court. I am just seeing signs of this and with a good friend in DC that still has access to many things, that is my opinion on this. This delay isn't really a big deal. They just need him seated by January 1st
Late on Sunday, Charles Ludington, a former varsity basketball player and friend of Kavanaugh’s at Yale, told the Washington Post that he plans to deliver a statement to the FBI field office in Raleigh on Monday detailing violent drunken behavior by Kavanaugh in college.
