Original Message Evros is the river at the borders of Greece and Turkey and comes from Bulgaria where is called Maritsa. Lately many illegals and refugees pass from this river from Turkey to Greece.

The 3 women were found at a field by a local resident on wednesday, with their throats slashed, the two close together and the third one 40 meters away. The older woman seems to be around 30-35, the next 17-21 and the younger one around 15.
2 knives where found next to them. They appear to be of north africa/middle east/asian origin.

The killing should have taken place like 4 days ago.

Police thinks that the traffickers killed them, maybe because they refused to pay them for the crossing and left them there to make an example. They will do DNA test to see if they are family.
Its the first time, i think, we have such a case in Greece, so everyone is shocked.
