I was drugged out of my mind for half of the ceremonies. They do follow a lot of ritual, though. Even business is expected to have certain ritual aspects attached to be official. My only real experience with religion has been Catholic school and the church they'd make students go to, and a lot of it significantly reminded me of that - the incense, chanting in unison, walking in order, having a "master of ceremonies" reminiscent of a priest, etc. It was like a more darkly lit church experience.
I see, yea it doesn't surprise me about all the ceremonial procedure Definitely a lot of that in Catholicism as well, seeing how its roots are in ancient Rome, it is also not surprising :) Isn't 322 them also ? As in March 22nd, or..
Yeah, for the longest time I thought 322 was the street address, but its 60something. I obviously knew where the building was physically located. I just thought 322 was the address.
Interesting, was born on the 23rd of March myself Something about S&B reminds me so much of certain aspects of freemasonry As if they're based on the same ancient sources, parts of it anyway
They're definitely a building block of society, for good or bad. I think of them more as pirates when it comes to historical stuff. They set themselves up at the center of a new land, use their gold to push influence, gain power just to suck every resource out of the land, and they have actual skulls and treasure in the basement... Kinda screams old world pirates. ...the name doesn't help...
Haha yes, the pirate flag Sounds similar to the goals of the 'Illuminati' Gaining riches, mastery of the physical world, that kind of thing As opposed to the more spiritual side of nature, and their ultimate secret being there is no secret It definitely mirrors in today's society, still, I like to think there are still some inner sanctum out there that still follows a more noble code And hasn't severed the spiritual and unseen part of it all
Sometimes we have to become that inner sanctum ourselves. :hf:
Absolutely
Mind you, I was a drugged out youth when I was there, but I've bounced off the inside walls a few times in this life, so if you have any questions I might be able to answer...
Go for it.
