[quote:Paranoiaaaaa:MV8zOTMzMzc3XzcxMDA5NDY3Xzg2QkREREMw] [quote:distinctwords:MV8zOTMzMzc3XzcxMDA4NzA3XzZBMURBMzdB] Guy on Twitter says it's from an ionospheric heating array at Vanderberg Air Force base to stoke the fire. He shows weather data to support this assertion. https://twitter.com/drew91172026/status/1063176378785374208 His theory is that it has to do with the water shortage. https://twitter.com/drew91172026/status/1063681101284220929 He quotes an article: "Across California’s entire Sierra Nevada, the research suggests that forest thinning could increase freshwater runoff by 10 percent." "Water and hydropower are beneficiaries where you may be able to monetize the benefits." https://twitter.com/drew91172026/status/1063681103196823552 Transmission line disturbances were reported minutes before both Woolsey and Camp fires broke out. Here he shows the incident reports. https://twitter.com/drew91172026/status/1063852092249526272
The weather changes he shows are pretty convincing. Those are pretty drastic changes at just the right time. I don't know whether a DEW was used to start the fire, but it really does look like it was helped to along to get so big. Great find! I think this should have its own thread.
just thought this was interesting. I don't believe fires are to clear way for a 50' wide path of rail, i think it was bad forestry management and a policy of not clearing undergrowth to save a few endangered species*
*who are all now dead because of the fire
