Original Message I found some information which says that the carnivore diet cures depression, autoimmune disease, diverticulitis etc...

When I watched this video I was pretty impressed with how healthy and vibrant she looked.

Update: I've been on this diet almost 2 weeks. My digestion is finally since yesterday becoming normal. I've had very very very bad trouble 4 months on end. Now I actually feel pretty good.

What surprises me the most about this diet is that I'm never really hungry. I don't eat hardly any food at all. Only steak. Sometimes I break diet and I have some crackers and butter.

I'm easily losing weight without trying. I save a heck of a lot of money on groceries. So far so great.
