Unless being pain free is a high. And it's true. OxyContin is a miracle drug if used correctly. Too little and no pain relief, too much and a headache will hit you blindside like no other. The right amount and you can live a daily manageable life without any narcotic side effects. If you really are in pain. I know we are all different and experience the fruits of life in different ways. Aspirin isn't for all and neither is THC. Despite all the rhetoric on all sides, all I have is my subjective experience. THC made me who I am. I've smoked daily now for 35 years. I'm on zero prescriptions and over 50. A rarity in the US. Never divorced and celebrated our 25th year. Worked hard every single day and still do. Have more money than I need. Have more work than I need. Raised 2 all honor children. Both made it through college. I swim everyday. I walk 3 miles, everyday. I constantly save dogs and cats and make them part of our family. I have set up my own charitable trust and have given away more money to the needy in my town than the local, state and fed government have given them. I literally hate no one and am blessed that I find the good in people before I find the bad. You very well may be talking to the luckiest man in the world and I'm telling you now, you're hurting people more than you're helping them. Pot isn't for all. Smoking daily anything isn't good but they're many alternatives to not smoking which I know you know. More people have died from Tylenol and Advil than from pot, accidents included. Lastly, you should also know the more you push against something the more people will go against you. Mother Teresa once said " I won't go to an anti war protest but I will go to a peace rally!" See the difference?
This is a lovely, reasoned response - shame it won't have the slightest impact. In fact, it probably won't get read, as it's more than one short paragraph - that seems to be about the limit. I still can't ascertain whether he's trolling or serious and bitter. I'd almost like to believe he's just trolling, between the marijuana and the racial stuff, but you just can't make up so much of the stupid that it types, and the bitter would be hard to feign. Not sure where that leaves things, and I'd like to hope your words might penetrate, but I wouln't hold my breath for this one. :penguin:
:hf:
