Just curious how they lived so long, while I have baby boomer relatives and friends dying much younger.
Just think about it Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and John Adams lived when there was no pharm meds for anxiety, no vaccines, no x-rays, no modern hospitals, and no modern medical science but yet they all lived well into their 80s and beyond.
What was their diet?
