Original Message I have had too many times when a dr. office called in a pill order they had not been called when I got there. They say they will call it in but what they are really saying is that they intend to do that but too often it just gets dropped.

The pharmacy then calls the doctor office and leaves a message on the pill option line. You are standing there and thy leave a message.

I protest and they said they will call back as soon as possible. I say that can be hours from now and they expect me to wait at the counter for hours.

This is beyond stupid. They should call the make an appointment option and this will get answered. Then you tell them the problem and they will get the person that handles the pill orders. Problems fixed quickly.

They never do that. I have had to go home and do exactly that to get the problem fixed fast. Then back to the drug store to get the pills.

What have been your experiences like this.
