At one city (Nauvoo, IL) Joseph was like a town leader and he told his followers that much like Moses in the promised land. They (Mormons) were the CHOSEN people and were destined to OWN the land? Part of his "United order." WUT>>?? YES apparently he was that blatant.

In fact that was their first issue >>> criticizing them <<<. Joseph was a city councilman and he actually called for the destruction of the press AND the building???? HELLO and he even declared Marshall (spelled wrong just to piss off GLP grammar nazis) Law.

OK. Duh.. what a jerk!! Add to that him finding a couple golden tablets in a N.Y. forest with the angel MORONi and youve got the makings of an extraordinary cult.

I dont get it! I dont get all the Mormon practitioners with a documented history like they have?
