Original Message It looks to me like the wall is just bait.

The president unquestioningly has authority to build it.

The military has authority to protect our border.

It would be totally legal for them to round up and execute anyone voting against it.

What do you say?

Edit: I meant to add that this should have been done and over by now. Given all the foot dragging I'm guessing it is not going to get built.
