Original Message I’m planning on building a guitar with the long term goal of possibly starting a business building custom guitars. Right now I’m just planning on getting a kit or parts from Warmoth and just doing some custom inlays to start.

I’d like to eventually get a full work shop going focusing on mainly electric guitars, but maybe acoustics as well. You can get some pretty nice acoustic kits online from Martin, Stew Mac and Blues Creek Guitars.

Anybody here on GLP a luthier or maybe just built a guitar for fun?
