A cluster of 6 or so tea light candles will warm a corner of a room.
A cheap 1 or 2 man tent put up inside a room with a quilt on the bottom will really help
Turn the oven on and leave the door open while stood near it
Hang a bedsheet or large enough cover over curtains to reduce heat escaping through windows.
