Well, I posted so you deserve a good explanation.

It isn't one thing, though some of it had to do with work.

It's like...every single day I know what I need to do to be at a better place in myself and every single day passes by and I do nothing.

But last night I bawled my eyes out.  It's the sadness of the years.  The days.  The hours.  And I keep it all inside.  That's how I live, everything bundled inside.  And last night I had had enough.  I took everything in me and put it into words.  Issues with my church growing up, being blindsided when half my family died, losing lovers, missing friends.  Being an idiot for throwing away time, at times.

You know...what everyone goes through and it just hit me last night and I did not want to hide that part of myself any longer.

This morning I have a great cup of coffee by my side, my furry cats and dogs all greeted me so sweetly this AM, I can hear my hubby snoring away and it's alright.  More than alright.
