Original Message So I blocked his favourite website and app -> Discord. Now, he can't sit behind the desk and shitpost. I felt bad about it but he's a young millenial who acts like the world owes him, even thought he doesn't do fuck all at work. He's literally just an overnight replacement and acts like he's so important. WTF is with kids today? Where is this sense of entitlement coming from? If you want respect you EARN it, you don't just demand it for no fucking reason.

Anyhow, the little bastard is mad, boohoo. Just because you got the graveyard shift doesn't mean you can get away with goofing off at work. He spent a literal 12 hour shift doing nothing but chatting on Discord.

Do these idiots really think that they can get away with being lazy? I understand that it's hard to find people willing to work overnight but damn, just because you're a shitposting night time troll doesn't mean I have to respect you.

Anybody else have issues with millenials at work? What's a good way to get them to smarten up?
