Some of you might remember the thread I made a few weeks ago regarding an FOIA request for dual citizenship status of prominent federal officials.

After an initial denial based on "privacy concerns"

I sent an appeal clearly detailing why public benefit of disclosure outweighs privacy.

They've now denied the request because I don't know what the actual documents containing this information are and where they are kept.

This is fucking ridiculous. I've already contacted Judicial Watch for assistance, although I probably won't receive a reply until Monday at the earliest.
