Original Message Anyone do this? I’ve tried 24 hour fasts, I can’t handle them. I really like eating within an 8 hour window, and fasting for 16. So I eat between 10 and 6pm. Wake up at 9 or so. Its easier to slum down this way, but it feels like it also lowers inflammation.

Anyone else have any cool tips to improve on this? I want to reduce insulin spikes, and go gluten and dairy free. I’m 40 year old woman 135 pounds, 125 being my goal. I hear eliminating sugar helps with pre-menopause.
