[quote:Talus:MV8zOTczNjI2XzcxODcxODgzXzkyMTQ4NEQ2] If I didn't have three kids to claim this year I would have owed the IRS about $900 on $89,000 joint. Of course, I wouldn't have been claiming three on my withholding either and would have paid more in so I still might have been okay. My fax prep guy told me to go to 0 withholding, take the hit weekly and that way I don't have to worry about tax bills. Since we are on track to make about $125,000 this year, I think that's the route im gonna take. Last year I made $75,000 joint with my wife and my return was about $5000. This year we are getting $4000. Next year I'll be happy if we get $3000 back since we'll be making a lot more. I don't know if I could be considered to be paying my fair share though. I get paid biweekly and about 25% of my check goes to taxes and about 5% of my check goes to insurance. The government got to use my money throughout the year and with the child tax credits will give most of it back. I work 6 days a week 10 hours a day. My wife works about 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. Looking at what we paid in vs what we are getting back, we are a net drain on the economy. I don't know what the answer is. I would be okay with a flat tax and no return at the end of the year as long as the IRS didn't come back at tax time with their hands out wanting more. [/quote]

Why should I pay more in taxes this year than any of you will pay in your entire life? What do I get out of it? Do I get a rich person lane on the highway? Do I get 2 votes to cancel out one of you imbeciles? Do I get a special line at TSA?
All I see is you people whining about not getting a refund. GOOD! You bitches need to pay into the system.
