A wet season will bring more illness etc The real issues are the meds. They get food all be it expensive but you will notice the diet has prob changed to more simple diet and less western and meats, like veg n rice/potatoes etc. They always seem well dressed so the aid must surely be meds that they need, meds and food staples like dry goods.
