If the righteous are raptured before the tribulation, it wouldn't be called the tribulation. Instead it would be called the judgment of the wicked.

If they are raptured during the tribulation then it defeats the purpose of the anti-christ oppressing the righteous. Not to mention they will be denied the opportunity to see the glorious second coming....the moment they all lived for.

We are required to seek God's help to endure the tribulation.

I believe that it's only after the kingdom of God is established that the rapture occurs. During that time, the righteous will RULE and the wicked will submit and get in line. At this point everything on earth would have been fulfilled.

So the righteous will be raptured. And when that occurs, evil will rise again and will take over the world. And only then will the earth be destroyed.

Once that's done, it's time for the resurrection and the judgement.
