Original Message If anyone is driving across country on I-80, be careful going through Joliet area of Illinois. The large steel bridge going over the Des Plaines River is rated a 6 on a scale of 1-100.

Where the hell does all the BILLIONS go that the Illinois Tolls rake in everyday??!

I'm sure it's not just Illinois, but the entire country's infrastructure probably needs some updating STAT!
