Original Message It seems the only argument for not using a VPN is that state operators have complete control over VPNs. How is this possible when VPN does not log and also is based in a country outside the five eyeballs. Seems like a psyop tactic to me, to discourage using encryption software.

I know of several VPNs that are trustworthy and have been audited by third parties.
