We have a whole infrastructure that’s built up to make sure that their rights are protected while the city of Chicago has, under the current administration, provided funding for various groups to help support asylum seekers and other people that are going through the immigration court system. I expect it will continue, if not expand upon, those kinds of resources,” Lightfoot said. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/chicago-mayor-elect-lightfoot-says-shed-welcome-immigrants-if-trump-sends-them In a comparative analysis of taxes and fees in the nation's top 15 cities, Chicago won first place more times than any other city. https://www.illinoispolicy.org/tax-olympics-chicago-tops-the-table-on-taxes-and-fees/ City of Chicago doesn’t know how many fees it has on the books, Inspector General says "To audit how the City administers fees, Chicago Inspector General Joe Ferguson went looking for a complete list of the various user fees. He says he couldn’t find one. From garbage collection to towing and booting, Chicago fees generate millions. How many millions? Well, it’s not clear. According to Ferguson, an audit found the City cannot calculate total revenue generated by fees, and the City doesn’t know how many fees are on the books. We’ve identified about 321 altogether, but the guessing is that’s probably not all of them." https://wgntv.com/2018/06/21/city-of-chicago-doesnt-know-how-many-fees-it-has-on-the-books-inspector-general-says/ Stick a fork in it: this state vis-a-vis Chicago is done. The needs of illegal aliens will continue to be routinely put above hard working taxpaying citizens.
IL,CA,NJ,LA,KY,PA are basically done. There is no point in living in those states when your tax dollars are going to illegals and welfare.

Any state with a Moody’s credit rating of Aa3 or lower is effectively paying more significant interest to continue borrowing to support its overspending habits, where taxpayer dollars are frequently diverted away from delivering the services that residents expect state governments to provide.
