Computer experts/young people how do you extract every frame as an image from a video?

Im thinking about a project to upscale an entire episode of game of thrones.. Using AI upscaling.
I dont know if its filmed in 4K or 1080p... If its 4K i might even upscale to 8K.
The project would take weeks of processing and tens of gigabytes of space and probably an overnight render for the final render of it back into a video.
The only thing i dont know how to do is extract the frames from a video into png files before i can start the work.
