Computer experts/young people how do you extract every frame as an image from a video?

[/quote] you never edited video? a video file is already a frame sequence, there's no such thing as a video file, just lots of pictures. the problem is you dont know how to do it and working with large files is gonna be a pain if you're learning while doing it. any video editing software should show you frames once you open a video file [/quote] ok so the video shows as frames once opened... how is that of any use for feeding into an upscaler that needs image files.. I dont just need frames displayed on the video editor, i need the frames saved as frames on my disk drive. [/quote]
