Original Message Breona Bell called for help with her car, but officer found out she had outstanding warrants. Responding officer tried to arrest her while she was holding seven-month-old. Bell tried to get into her aunt's car while the officer was grabbing her arm. The baby fell to the ground on its bottom during the scuffle as she screamed at the officer 'You dropped my baby!'
He then pulled her out of the car and forced her to the ground as her pants fell down to her ankles. Bell was charged with misdemeanor obstruction of an officer and cruelty to children.
