Reed Timmer is a veteran tornado chaser (he was the main subject in Discovery's 'Storm Chasers' from about a decade ago) who has several vehicles designed to go inside of tornadoes.
There's a great full season of 'Tornado Chasers' that was just uploaded by Reed to YouTube that was produced in 2013 (an especially productive year for tornadoes). It's really well-made and highly entertaining.
