it's not, 50-60% is fat. babies need fat for brain development.
no it's not. it's around 3.5% fat. where do you get your numbers from?
On wikipedia it says 4.5% https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breast_milk#Composition Human milk contains 0.8% to 0.9% protein, 4.5% fat, 7.1% carbohydrates, and 0.2% ash (minerals).[37] Carbohydrates are mainly lactose; several lactose-based oligosaccharides have been identified as minor components.
Pregnant women produce more ketones to develop the baby and babies are born in ketosis. It takes an infant 3 hours to get into ketosis and an adult 13 hours. People saying glucose is our preferred energy are liars! The body uses glucose first because it damages the body by causing aging. ketones are what we are perfectly developed from, people blame God for not being perfect when really they need to blame their diets!
this video is only 21 minutes long and what prompted me to look into alzheimers was when my neighbor was wondering around in my front yard the other day and didn't realize she lived across the street. I didn't even recognize her, I just wanted to hug her she was so different, looked different too because she lost a bunch of weight.
