Original Message Haven't done it in many months, trying to abstain. Ive had a lot of tension, yelling, aggression, general depression.
As an EXPERIMENT, I wanted to see if I committed this sin, would the world have favor with me because lately they haven't (see above).
It was quick...didnt focus on any one thing, tried to keep it clean. Took about 2 minutes. Fell right to sleep and totally forgot about it.

I had a great day. Everyone was nice at work. I felt relaxed in a way I completely forgot existed. I didn't really yell at anyone and had a considerably better day.

You know what that means
