Stock market loves it, up over 240+ points. But who does it really benefit and who does it hurt! Again 99% of people just want to make interest on their meager savings.
If we have the highest stock market ever, why lower it?
Boy, if the economy tanks, no interest rates left to lower to save it.,,,
