99.99 fruit you eat today is the result of genetic selection making them full of fructose and low in nutrients. Nothing to do with natural fruits.

fructose is additive as alcohol because has the exact same liver pathway.Because fructose do not get converted into energy it gets converted in stored fat...mostly in your organs...like non alcoholic fatty liver.

I will literally only eat fruits.

Fruits.... Meaning like.... a "fruit" of something.

Plants themselves do not want to be eaten.

But what they DO want to be eaten..... is their FRUITS.

So to ONLY eat fruits of plants, and not the plants themselves, is the moral thing to do.

And of course we should NOT eat animals.

This is implied already <3
