[quote:esoteric Morgan:MV80MDgxMTI2XzczOTY0NjY0XzdDQjBERDc=] [quote:Anonymous Coward 77788230:MV80MDgxMTI2XzczOTYzMzEwX0Q0RkJBNTVC] - Rubbing alcohol to clean electrical contacts - Spitting on coins when a vending machine keeps slipping them back to the return (makes them stick and go in proper) - Spit again, and chalk, applied with one's finger, between pool billiard balls when spotting them. Spit makes the balls deflect the wrong way, chalk does the same in the opposite direction (pool shark trick, look it up) - Peerblock (free program) for blocking many Govt and other agencies on the PC - Borax water. Works as advertised and more - Oil Pulling to restore teeth - Using Milk of Magnesia for athlete' foot in a pinch. When I told a pharmacist a few days later, he laughed and though it was genius. MoM is pH of 10 and so it works that way. - Teaching people to turn on their lights, with high beams, before starting their car in the winter. This takes the battery out of the frozen state it's in and gets the chemical reaction going through it instead. After that, car starts in one crank. - Reflexology to cure people of ailments. I'll come back and add more later!
Nice. ____ Actually, this ENTIRE THREAD has wonderful tips. Thanks, everyone! :grouphug:
