I'm a TI. So, things are a little different for me. Anyway, if I placed an ad on fb marketplace, it would always go into the wrong category. Or if it was a paid ad, it would always go to people in a different country. Totally useless. But it wasn't easy to know these things. You have to call a non-friend and ask them to do a search for you. Not easy.
Anyway, so to protest I posted in my ad screenshots of me putting the ad up in the right category. So, what happened? They always do whatever makes it seem like you're crazy. After it was in the wrong category (I verifed), they placed it into the right category. And locked edits. So, any edits I tried to do were denied. Since I'm a TI, they would human review any deletions attempts too. So I couldn't even delete they ad that embarrassed me.
You might say, well use craigslist etc. All the sites are the same. They are all controlled, just in different ways. It doesn't matter.
