Throughout my life I have always suffered from headaches. I have tried many different things to quell them; in recent months I stopped vaping nicotine, cut out all drinking, drink plenty of water and try to eat as well as I'm able with my income. I have recently started sleeping on my arm rather than a pillow to cut out the extreme angles on my next
I have gone to eye doctors who all tell me my vision is basically 20/20, a slight variance in my left eye. The headaches cause me to see coronas on lights, and I often have trouble with intense action sequences in films or repeating lights, and will lose consciousness if these patterns repeat too often. I spent a large portion of my 18-30's driving at night and working overnight, forcing myself awake. Even years after, I'm still getting headaches and suffering from the above issues.
This morning I'm hit with a headache so intense that I'm salivating and feeling nauseated; does anyone have any experience with this and what I can do to make it stop? Headaches normally start overnight and last the entire next day until I take ibuprofen. Within 1/2 an hour of medication the headache will stop, though I can still feel the affects behind my eyes for quite some time. The pain normally doesn't return, though.
