I would have to assume the ones that would be affected the most would also know the most about if he was spirited away to safety or killed as a warning that there is no such thing as 'untouchable' and in most cases it is their best friend so the lady in question is not victim #2 she was his Mossad connection and Jeff is dead if he pissed somebody off and he is continuing the good life if he toed the line all the way.

To be honest this was the first time I have heard about Epstein in a Latin American country....considering that Epstein’s circle was mostly Democrats it makes me wonder what they were really doing with socialist Venezuela?
