“Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction...” 2 Thessalonians 2
You have to admit that for most of his life, Trump has operated above the law, shady deals, bankruptcies, sorta thinks he’s an untouchable ... the more I learn about Trump, the more I believe he detests the rule of law, which fits the definition of a man of lawlessness.
But now that Trump is POTUS, he has really demonstrated complete and utter disdain for the rule of law, evades all sorts of checks and balances, operates with a superiority complex (say something negative about him: it’s Fake News), etc. the likes of which have never been seen! Considering his title of POTUS, indeed we may be looking at the one and only end-times “man of lawlessness” foretold generations ago!
The prophecy concludes:
“...who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.”
...
“The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.”
Interesting times ahead if Trump is indeed the “man of lawlessness”!
