Fibromyalgia is inflammation which tumeric helps and eating organic. The theory is plastics and chemicals in our food cause the inflammation so eating a clean diet without the chemicals and precessed food helps.
i have pain everywhere in my body almost every day for a large part of the day, it is completely debilitating. mostly in my back, neck, arms, legs and hands. gets worse at times than others, some days more than others, and some parts of those days especially bad to point of sobbing.
years ago it felt like it started in the joints but now its in the muscles too. also extremely exhausted feeling but i think its because the pain has been going on so long
because of other symptoms thought it was MS but just had MRI done last week and doesn't show MS. I am not on painkillers and I do not want to go on them, just want to figure out what it is
I am desperate and cannot function. Anyone hear of anything like this before?
