[quote:doom guaranteed 114209:MV80MTcxMDRfNjQ3OTk1NF83RDc3MTAyNA==] [quote:Anonymous Coward 272797] In February last year, the then premier of Western Australia, Geoff Gallop, resigned stating he was suffering from "depression" or "mental illness". I wonder why? Mark Latham went in pretty much the same fashion.
And it seems a bit suspicious that Bracks' deputy resigned the same day as well. Wouldn't the deputy Premier be keen as mustard to step straight in and become Premier if Bracks' just resigned?? I'd say because of his closeness to Bracks he knew something that would make it not worth his while to become premier.
What the f#ck ????
I walk out of work this afternoon, and suddenly both the leader of the state, and his deputy have resigned.
They're going with the old "to spend time with family" line.
Does anyone know, or even suspect they know what the f#ck happened ?
