I didnt see that she was toxic, manipulative woman. I thought that it's normal that we are fighting every day, that I had to end friendships with females, that I can't drink beer during the workdays in the evening.. That I need to do everything she wants me to do or she will start crying. Long story short I really loved this girl and I still love her but even with the knowledge that she was toxic and manipulative I still give us some chances in the future. What can I do? What should I do? She writes to me with daily things every 3-4 days, sometimes she calls me on the phone. This is fucked up.
Change emails. Stop reading that one. Change phone numbers. Most carriers will do it for $20. Some free. There is no other way with toxic users, she will continue to attempt to keep you engaged until she physically cannot anymore, that part is up to you, I speak from experience. She knows damn well what she is doing to you, There is no point trying to figure out what she is getting out of it. This is because Malignant Narcissists are not sane. There is no predicting crazy. The best advice I can give is as follows, get the F off of Facebook, totally, Make all other social media private and block her. do not add anyone you don’t specifically know afterwards, OR , detox from social media altogether, you will be much happier , trust me. Make a new email address, distribute to friends that actually care for you. Ditto with mobile number. If she comes by your home, call the friggin cops and have her issued a trespass warning. If she violates that you have the beginnings of stalking charges. This all sounds extreme, but trust me, you will not be happy as long as you allow a toxic manipulator to touch your life in ANY way,. After all that, pursue some personal interests. Form instance, I learned to sail and got serious about getting fit, Things you have always wanted to do. You will bump into someone who shares your interests and it will be right, the best relationships are formed when you meet accidentally while engaged in something important to you. Exercise is fantastic therapy, especially when you have been beaten down for years, It takes courage, strength, and deciding that you are actually a pretty good guy who is ok with being alone. It can be done. You can do it, but the first step to your mental health has GOT to be removal of source of your psyches infection. You have to make a clean, permanent break. No exceptions. I actually hate how much I know about this subject, but perhaps one reason I went through it was to be able to help you. Do us a favor tho... give us updates?
