Original Message
I have recently found myself having less energy to exercise in the morning and during the day or evening. Its as if as soon as the weather starting getting colder I began losing energy and motivation to actually work out.
Im not getting as much UV rays or Vitamin D from the sun anymore as well.
What are some ways to raise energy levels during the Winter months? Diet, Supplementation, special practices?
