Quick history lesson my friend. This all has to do with Henry Kissinger back when he was secy of state under the Carter admin. He made a pact with Iran for their oil. The pact dictated that the U.S. will cap off it's oil reserves. Iran had plenty of untapped oil. Kissinger pledged that the U.S. will build their oil refineries, teach and show them how to run maintain them, also keep a permanent team their to help enrich etc.

In exchange the U.S. will purchase all their oil at top rates. Iran will then use a small percentage of the profits to buy U.S. treasury bonds. Also in exchange to ensure that Iran holds up to their end of the bargain is that they promise to install a President that the European Central Bank chooses. That president will of course be one of their own but at the same time reports back to the ECB. The Iranians agreed but on one condition. That the Ayatolla's will always have the complete power over Iran, and that the president whom the ECB chooses will just be in name only, and will retain no such power.

Since then various Iranian councils, were setup with to not keep the Iran deep in wealth but the deepstate cabal. So the U.S. sends billions of financial aid to Iran a per year. The president oversees its transition, and afterwards the monies is then divied up to Iran, cabal, and congressional members in the U.S. who signed off on it.

All of that corruption was running smoothly until Trump took office. And stopped it.
