I try to Live a self reliant life style, On a urban acre in LA, Large Garden, 20+ mature fruit trees, Small animals rabbits chickens and quail, We grow and sprout a lot!

So we Got some basic long term food Apx 650,000 calories for less than $600 Rice beans and oats. in large # 10 cans with a storage life of 30 years

That is a years worth for 1 person, at 1500 calories a day.
