If you tell people sooner to get them to prepare, the economy collapses quicker, their lives become incredibly more difficult overnight. If you wait till last minute, the economy keeps going, business as usual, people can keep earning or stockpiling and saving whatever they can for the dark days. The knowledge will ruin peoples lives either way. The burden to bear is whether to tell people sooner than later. Pray for your leaders.
