Synopsis of vid above...
He mentions the offender is of the Asian persuasion. He definitely didn't mean the oriental type.

Group of 3 men at a family swimming resort with no female companions or children with them. Offender was the only adult in a kids pool filled with children.

When confronted offender admitted it and claimed it was accidental. Also admitted the same to police and was not arrested.
