Original Message We come here for years in hopes of getting early warnings of doom. Never ever did any pan out. It's called the GLP effect. Except finally for once, it was real. First time since I joined the site. Walmart shelves really are really empty. People are really dying. Gas masks are all gone too.

Since everyone will get it, with R=~5, 2% of the world pop are gonners. So, was I warned? Was all that time reading stuff here useful? Or wasted? I think the first thread about SARS-CoV-2 was a post about the Chinese restricting flights. There was a youtube link. Was it in December? I couldn't find the thread. Anyone know?
