Original Message I'm not sure who took this picture but my goddaughter's boyfriend is a sheriff in a neighboring county to Roanoke Rapids North Carolina. My goddaughter lives in Roanoke Rapids and this is a picture of a scene from the local Walmart there recently. Apparently, they couldn't get the toilet paper on the shelves fast enough so the Sheriff's Department had to be brought in to hold people off.
