I was thinking around 2008 when it was over $200 a barrel but the cost of a barrel was still way higher when we were paying .42 cents a litre then it is when the cost of a barrel was very low like around $33 a barrel so it still never made any sense. unless you are the crook who is doing the thieving. then it would make sense to you.
