It seems the standard thought from GLP is that patients on ventilators are likely to die and from what I seen they seem to think the ventilator is the cause of the death. Isn't it more likely that the ventilator is just not working effectively to prevent the death? I think people have their cause and effect mixed up.
Some of you make it sound like this is the holocaust where normal people are being sent to their deaths via ventilator. No those people are in the worst shape possible and thus the ventilator is a tool to save their lives, even if not a highly effective one.
