Original Message Is there any point is buying a freezer? I currently have enough freezer space for 3 months.

If things got bad enough where there was a meat shortage, then wouldn't that signal economic collapse? And if so, wouldn't the grid go down shortly after that anyway and all that frozen food would then be history?

I'm just trying to use logic here. How long would the grid stay up after economic collapse? Would I even need more than 3 months of frozen food then? Would it take more than 3 months for the grid to go down after economic collapse?

Anyone with predictive logic that can help me out here? If you think the grid would stay up after meat is gone, how long do you think it would continue to run after meat disapearing?. Where do these things fit on a timeline?

Also, I am in Canada.

Thanks
